Description
Schedule
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
- Additional shift options:
- 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend per month
- On-Call: 1 weekend/month + overnight call (8:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality echocardiograms including TTE, TEE, and stress echoes
- Complete full studies with accurate reports within 1 hour
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical team to support patient care
- Document all procedures in Epic
- Operate advanced ultrasound equipment including GE E95
Requirements
- RDCS or RCS certification (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- Strong cardiac/echo experience
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- TEE experience
- Stress echo experience (treadmill & dobutamine)
- Pediatric echo experience
Facility & Unit Details
- 317-bed hospital with 1,500+ staff
- Echo team includes: 7 Echo Techs, 1–2 RNs, CV Tech, and Echo Coordinator
- Procedures include:
- TTE
- TEE
- Treadmill & Dobutamine Stress Echo
- Equipment: GE E95
- EMR: Epic
