Description

Schedule

  • Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
  • Additional shift options:
    • 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
    • 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend per month
  • On-Call: 1 weekend/month + overnight call (8:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality echocardiograms including TTE, TEE, and stress echoes
  • Complete full studies with accurate reports within 1 hour
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical team to support patient care
  • Document all procedures in Epic
  • Operate advanced ultrasound equipment including GE E95

Requirements

  • RDCS or RCS certification (required)
  • BLS certification (required)
  • Strong cardiac/echo experience
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

  • TEE experience
  • Stress echo experience (treadmill & dobutamine)
  • Pediatric echo experience

Facility & Unit Details

  • 317-bed hospital with 1,500+ staff
  • Echo team includes: 7 Echo Techs, 1–2 RNs, CV Tech, and Echo Coordinator
  • Procedures include:
    • TTE
    • TEE
    • Treadmill & Dobutamine Stress Echo
  • Equipment: GE E95
  • EMR: Epic
