Position Overview:

• Create and implement specialized curricula tailored to students with intellectual disabilities.
• Manage daily classroom operations and provide direction to a dedicated team of paraprofessional staff.
• Oversee the full Individualized Education Program process, including student data collection and progress monitoring via IEP Direct.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree
• Valid Connecticut Special Education Certification (165 Endorsement Required)
• Proven ability to manage self-contained environments at the secondary level.
• Prior experience with IEP data collection and IEP Direct (Highly Preferred)
