ob Details : (1) ICU RN - 12 hr nights - Pikeville Medical Center - Pikeville, KY ** 75 mile radius rule ** Contract Length: 8 weeks Start Date: ASAP Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 48 HR requirement Primary Location: Pikeville Medical Center Pikeville, KY Shift Requirements: 12 HR nights blocked schedule requests will only be accommodated for weekend rotation Float Requirements: ICU may be asked to float to Med Surg or cardiac units with a lower ratio will float throughout all in-patient areas. May be tasked as an aide if other units need assistance. On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A Weekend/Holiday Requirements: every other weekend/holiday required unless given time off approval Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: KY/Compact RN License. AHA BLS, AHA ACLS & NIHSS required. **EKG test required for all RN's, to be completed during the compliance process.** Minimum Experience: 2 year in specialty. MUST have Level I or Level II Trauma experience. Charting Experience Required: Care View/EPIC (effective June 1) preferred, will train on-site Required Skillset: Level I or Level II ICU skillset Unit Information (Bed size, beds, Patient ratio): 340 bed Level II Trauma Center.
