Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift, 7PM to 7:30AM

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide direct patient care within RN scope of practice.
• Guide and support patient and family education.
• Oversee activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining ICU standards of care.
• Hold direct responsibility and accountability for assigned patients.
• Communicate promptly with physicians regarding:
  • Changes in clinical condition
  • Hemodynamic monitoring results
  • Diagnostic study findings and abnormalities
  • New or worsening symptoms
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient status or treatment response.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
