How many Weeks: 13
On-call Or weekend requirements: in a rotation to take call on weekday & weekends for a 12-week rotation maybe 2 weekends. For weekdays 4-5 times a month as 2nd RN.
Territory: We service the Anchorage area approximately 40 miles north and 40 miles south of Anchorage covers our service area.
Productivity: Will be required to manage a caseload of 12-15.
EMR: HCHB required
Requirements: Must have minimum 1 year of home hospice experience
We care for adults and pediatric patients.

Rates are not always the best, would be nice to have a few more eastern and southern state options, like Mississippi or North Carolina cities
