Description
šÆ Minimum Requirements (Must Have):
- Active California License (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW ā no associates)
- Masterās Degree (must be 2+ years post-graduation)
- BLS Certification
- Experience in behavioral health / mental health settings
ā Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of CBT & DBT
- Experience facilitating psychotherapy or skills groups
š©ŗ Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate psychotherapy and psychoeducational groups
- Conduct psychosocial assessments
- Develop and update treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Perform discharge planning and safety assessments
- Documentation in Meditech
