Description

• Role: RN
• Specialty: Home Health / Skilled Nursing
• Shift: Days – 5 x 8 8a -5p
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: one weekend a month
• Call Requirements: As required by the facility
• Required Certifications: BLS
• Years of Experience: 1
• Float Requirements: Must float as needed, this is non-negotiable

• EMR: EPIC

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Home Health adult experience, Current complex wound vac skill required. This includes competency to provide wound vac care to patients with bone exposed, grafts, tunneling, and undermining.

1 year of Adult Home Health experience required.

Oasis competency required and NOT JUST PREFERRED.
