Description

Job Title: Travel RN – Medical Surgical
Location: West Bend, Wisconsin
Shift: Day Shift – 3x12 hours
Schedule: 12-hour days, float as needed, every other weekend
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Job Description

We are seeking a Travel Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical to provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for adult patients while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive Med-Surg nursing care to adult patients
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Implement and evaluate treatment and nursing interventions
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Deliver excellent patient care and customer service
Float to other units as required based on facility needs

Requirements

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required (BSN preferred)
Active Wisconsin RN License or Compact State License (NLC)
BLS Certification – AHA
Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience preferred
