Position: Oncology Nurse Navigator RN
- Contract Duration: 26 Weeks (Required)
- Experience Required: 3+ years Oncology experience preferred (2 years minimum for screening)

Role Overview:
- Serve as a Nurse Navigator for Oncology patients undergoing active treatment
- Manage and coordinate patient care plans throughout the treatment journey
- Provide guidance, education, and support to patients and families
- Handle primarily administrative responsibilities related to care coordination
