Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

💙 What You’ll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring positive patient outcomes while supporting clinical operations and mentoring staff.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Perform patient triage and manage unscheduled acute care needs
• Supervise, support, and train LVNs and Medical Assistants
• Prepare patients and equipment for examinations and procedures
• Oversee treatments, diagnostics, and point-of-care testing
• Supervise medication administration and specimen collection
• Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
• Deliver age-appropriate patient education and discharge instructions
• Participate in limited case management and care coordination
• Utilize the electronic health record to maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate across departments in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Maintain clinical competency through continuing education
• Support quality patient flow and clinic efficiency
• Perform other duties within the scope of RN licensure

Flexibility in scheduling may be required based on operational needs.

🎓 What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum one year of ambulatory/outpatient care experience
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
• Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid California driver’s license
• Ability to maintain required certifications and licensure throughout employment
• Insurable under the organization’s vehicle insurance policy

💪 Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Clinic/office setting
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Perform repetitive hand movements and computer work
• Lift up to 25 lbs; bend, stoop, and reach as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
• Travel as required
