Clinical Pharmacist – Emergency Medicine
 

Join the dedicated and growing pharmacy team at Salina Regional Health Center as an Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacist. You'll be at the forefront of patient care in a 26-bed emergency department with Level III Trauma Center designation, supporting over 36,000 ED visits annually — and playing a vital role in shaping the future of emergency medicine pharmacy services.

Your Role:

As an Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacist, you will:

• Provide direct pharmaceutical care, including medication selection, dosing, monitoring, and education
• Lead development and implementation of ED-specific medication protocols and quality initiatives
• Participate in emergency response such as code blue, trauma, stroke alerts, etc.
• Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents, contributing to clinical education and practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes in urgent and emergent care scenarios
• Participate on medical staff and hospital-wide committees to support patient 
  safety and care excellence
  
  
  ualifications:
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program [REQUIRED]
• Clinical or hospital pharmacy experience preferred [PREFERRED]
• Residency training preferred
• Kansas Pharmacist License or eligibility for licensure [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
• Emergency Department experience [PREFERRED]
