DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Labor & Delivery RN Supervisor

Location: Templeton, CA 93465
Shift: Night Shift (3 x 12s, 1800 – 0630)
Schedule: Rotating shifts (no set schedule)
Call Requirement: None

Shift Details

Night Shift: 1800 – 0630
3 shifts per week (36 hours)
Rotating schedule (no block scheduling)
No on-call requirement

Required Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience (Required)
- Master’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience in Labor & Delivery or related specialty
- At least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience (Required)
Licensure:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

Certifications (Required)

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (within the last 2 years)
Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)

Preferred Qualifications

Clinical specialty or nursing administration certification
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
