📍 Assignment Details

• Location: Santa Rosa, CA
• Facility: Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (3x12s)
• Option: 4x12s may be available upon request
• Patient Ratio: 1:3
• Open Positions: 1

⚠️ Must-Have Requirements (Strict)

• Labor AND Postpartum experience required (hard stop)
• Minimum 2+ years of L&D experience
• Previous travel experience required
• Epic charting experience required 

📜 Certifications (Required)

• BLS
• ACLS
• NRP
• AWHONN Intermediate 

⭐ Preferred: AWHONN Advanced, precepting experience

🛠 Key Skills

• Circulating for C-sections
• Sterile vaginal exams
• Fetal monitoring (including IUPC)
• High-risk antepartum care
• Medication management (Mag, insulin drips, antihypertensives)
• OB triage and patient assessment
• Central line maintenance (CVC/PICC) 

🏥 Facility Highlights

• Acute Care Hospital (277 beds)
• LDRP Unit with ~12 daily census
• Epic EMR
• Floating may be required
• 36 hours of orientation

• No first-time travelers
• Locals not accepted (Must have a permanent address more than 50 miles away from the facility)
