Mid 5x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:00)

Operational Pharmacist...
1 year minimum hospital pharmacist experience required…
NJ State Pharmacist License required…
RTO required at time of submission...
EOW required…
Primarily evening shift 1500–2300…
Every other weekend required…
No on call…
Holidays required (1–2 based on contract length)…
Experience with Pyxis and carousel technology preferred but not required…
Epic charting experience preferred…
Will accept first time traveler…
Scrubs or business casual, any color…
Must be fully vaccinated to include COVID booster…
No floating required…
Operational – Reviews, verifies, and dispenses medication orders; prepares sterile and hazardous medications per USP standards; manages controlled substances; completes medication histories, reconciliation, and patient education...
Clinical – Performs clinical interventions, monitors therapy for optimal outcomes, and provides drug information to healthcare teams and patients...
