Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Certification: BLS (AHA)

MUST BE LICENSED IN CALIFORNIA - LICENSE MUST BE PROVIDED TO VIEW

Graduation date from master’s program: Must be 2 years out or they won’t’ meet the minimum required time for an independent license.

Must have a MA degree, not bachelor’s level

Must specify they are LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW

Must have full license not associate

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Facilitate psychotherapy and psych skills groups

· Document groups in Meditech

· Psychsocial Assessments

· Treatment Plan updates

· Treatment team participation

· Discharge planning

· Safety assessments as needed

Candidate Should be above 50 Miles form the Location Full SSN Required at the time of submission
