Minimum: 2 years of experience
Must have completed at least 1 assignment at a facility comparable in size and ac Average # of deliveries per year? 1800
Typically, will do 4 scheduled events daily (c-sections, versions, etc)
Postpartum/Antepartum/GYN/Mother-Baby: 25 - could be overflow Antepartum that L&D RNs monitor
Covers a large geographical area - tons of referrals (anything that will require NICU - 1 of 2 NICU's in Maine)
Skills required: RN: titrate Pitocin, Fetal scalp electrodes, cervical exams, helps CRNA with epidural placement, management of insulin drips, magnesium drips, Shoulder dystocia, circulating c-section and/or receive baby in OR, neonatal resuscitation, assist with placement and monitor of IUPC; Newborn care to include: ability to provide lactation support, safe skin to skin protocol Please ask all travelers about charge experience and include in the offer info if they have/have not worked in a CRN capacity

Rates are not always the best, would be nice to have a few more eastern and southern state options, like Mississippi or North Carolina cities
