**QUICK OFFER POSITION**

Requirements:

*Minimum 2 years of recent MED SURG experience – Required
Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a nurse in an acute or sub-acute facility.

*AHA - BLS, ACLS certification – Required

*AZ state license or compact license – Required
*Shift - Days - 6:30A-7P - 36 hours per week/3 days in a week

*No locals/50 miles radius rule

Please Note: Need Complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation - TCAR within six months of hire

National Institutes of Health (NIH) – NIHSS – NIH Stroke Scale must be completed within 6 months of hire
