RN – Med/Surg | Adult Acute Care:

• Provide direct bedside care for adult Med/Surg patients (post-op and acute medical), including ongoing assessments, vital signs, and care planning.
• Administer medications and IV therapy as ordered, monitor for changes/complications, and escalate concerns to the provider team promptly.
• Assist with pre- and post-operative patient care, treatments, and patient management plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care accurately and communicate updates clearly with patients/families and hospital staff to ensure safe, coordinated care.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, safety, and performance expectations throughout the assignment.
