• Minimum 2 years of direct CVOR experience required
• Must have scrub experience (MANDATORY)
• Cardiac OR experience required
• Cardiac call required
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS(required), NIHSS (before start)
• Must be willing to float
• No block scheduling
• Epic experience preferred
• EKG & Pharm test during orientation (2 attempts only)
