Registered Nurse – NICU
- Location: Charlottesville, VA
- Start: 05/11/2026 | Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights (3x12s) | Weekend: Every other
- Float: Required (L&D, Mother/Baby, Peds, PICU – infant care)
Requirements
- 2+ years Level III NICU experience (required – hard stop)
- Strong experience with vents, iNO, CPAP/BiPAP & critical neonatal care
- Certs: BLS, NRP (Infant Driven Feeding Cert required/pending)
- Epic required
Key Skills
- Ventilator management (HFOV/HFJV, conventional)
- IV fluids, drips & neonatal medication calculations
- ABG interpretation & hemodynamic support
- Line care (UAC/UVC, central lines) & lab draws
- Whole body cooling & post-op neonatal care
