Description

Registered Nurse – NICU

Location: Charlottesville, VA
Start: 05/11/2026 | Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (3x12s) | Weekend: Every other
Float: Required (L&D, Mother/Baby, Peds, PICU – infant care)

Requirements

2+ years Level III NICU experience (required – hard stop)
Strong experience with vents, iNO, CPAP/BiPAP & critical neonatal care
Certs: BLS, NRP (Infant Driven Feeding Cert required/pending)
Epic required

Key Skills

Ventilator management (HFOV/HFJV, conventional)
IV fluids, drips & neonatal medication calculations
ABG interpretation & hemodynamic support
Line care (UAC/UVC, central lines) & lab draws
Whole body cooling & post-op neonatal care
