BLS, NRP and PALS required
RRT or CRT accepted
2 years experience. Both PICU and NICU Experience required (NOT PEDS).VA License requiredRatios: Workload dependent on RVU bases 580 minutes assigned out of 720 minute shift. ICUs similar assignment, but RVU allocation could be higher.Orientation: One week department orientation, then shadow and trained to general care, then third week will be in charge of own assignment.Scrubs: Charcoal Gray or Pewter Enable Skills-Based Hiring NoShift expectations (i.e. 6a-6p) 7p-7aWeekend expectations (i.e. Every other weekend) Every Other WeekendFloating Expectations (i.e. first to float, None, etc) General care outside of assigned ICUOn-call expectations (i.e. on call 3X per week) N/AHoliday expectations (i.e. 1 major, 1 minor) 1 major, 1 minorEpic access needed?
