Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care based on individualized care plans
Assess patient conditions and develop nursing diagnoses
Administer treatments, medications, and educate patients/families
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies
Delegate tasks and supervise support staff appropriately

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of acute care RN experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
Active CA RN License
AHA BLS & ACLS required
NRP required for Mother/Baby unit
