Nebraska Medicine Wound Ostomy Clinic offers specialists in a variety of disciplines to help you. We strive to minimize or eliminate anything that might be keeping your wound from healing properly, while also providing wound care and patient education.
The clinic offers a team of doctors and specialists from multiple specialties to assist patients with chronic wounds which are not healing using other methods. In addition, services are available to patients with ostomies, including pre-surgical marking, education, post-surgical follow-up care and counseling. Certified foot, ostomy and wound care nurses bring specialized care for each patient.
Shift: Mon-Fri; 8am - 4:30p; No weekends, no holidays, no call required
BLS required
WTA Cert preferred
2 years of prior experience required; first timers accepted
EPIC charting experience required
100% NICOTINE FREE FACILITY
RTO must be submitted with application. Additional requests after confirmation at manager discretion.
Locals Accepted: NO (candidate must be more than 100 miles from facility)
Pending license accepted: Yes, but if license is not IN HAND at the time of submission then traveler will be booked six weeks out.
Scrubs: MANDATORY - RNs wear Steele gray scrubs with the Nebraska Medicine logo printed on the back. Information on how to obtain Nebraska Medicine branded scrubs will be shared once traveler is confirmed. Facility also sells gray T-shirts that can be worn in their company store.
