Specialty: OR • Number of Openings: 1 • Shift: 0630 - 1430 • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: Covered with a call team consisting of a RN, CSTFA & CST • Call Requirements: depends on number of staff (e.g. 10 staff and 30 days in the month = 3 days of call • Required Certifications: • Years of Experience: 1 -2 • Float Requirements: may be required to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility.

• Must Have Skills/Experience: • Preferred Skillset/Experience: • Type of Patients on Unit: Majority of our cases are comprised of Total hip, knee & shoulder. Neuro and ortho spine. Robotics. Additionally there is call involved and it is not uncommon for our Neuro surgeon to do an XLIF on the weekend and/or a total hip for a patient with a fracture • Personality Fit:
