Description
Job Title: RN – MS/Tele
Location: Winston Salem, NC 27103
Job Description
• Start date: ASAP
• First Time Traveler: Yes (unit accepts first-time travelers)
• Shift: 12 HR Nights
• Hours Offered: 36 or 48 hours
• Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• RTO Policy: RTO after booking is NOT allowed; cannot be adjusted onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO may result in cancellation and DNR
• Floating: Required as needed to similar units
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
Facility Details
• Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital
• Charting System: Epic (preferred)
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 2 years Med-Surg / Tele experience required
• Patient Ratio: 1:5–6
• Must have experience with telemetry monitoring
• Must be comfortable floating as needed
Required Skills / Competencies
• IV starts
• Telemetry monitoring
Certifications Required
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Preferred
• Epic experience preferred
