Description
Job Title: RN – PCU / Tele
Job Description
• Start date: ASAP
• Shift: 3x12s, Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• First Time Traveler: Yes
• Travel Experience Required: No
• Weekend Requirement: Weekend rotation required
• Holiday Requirement: Holiday rotation required
• On-call: No
• Floating: Required as needed across all Cone Health campuses
Facility Details
• Location: Greensboro, NC 27401
• Charting System: Epic (preferred)
• Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience required
• PCU/Stepdown experience required
• Must have experience with PCU ratios (1:5)
• Cardiac telemetry experience required
• Must be able to manage and interpret dysrhythmias
• Experience required with IV drips titration
• Peripheral line care and management required
• PICC line management required
• Must be comfortable floating between units/campuses
Certifications Required
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Special Notes
• All travelers subject to floating between Cone Health campuses if needed
• Strong PCU/Tele competency required
