Description
Job Title: RN – MS/Tele
Job Description
• Start date: ASAP
• Shift: 3x12s, Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• First Time Traveler: No
• Travel Experience Required: Yes
• Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend
• Holiday Requirement: As needed
• Block Scheduling: Yes
• Floating: Required as needed across all Cone Health campuses
• Patient Ratio: 1:6

• Location: Greensboro, NC 27401
• Charting System: Epic (required)
• Type of Facility: Acute Care Rehabilitation / Inpatient Rehab
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience required
• Acute Care Rehab experience preferred
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
Certifications Required
• BLS (required)
• Epic experience required
Clinical Skills Required
• Interpretation of laboratory results
• Medication reconciliation
• Vital signs monitoring (BP, respirations, temperature, pulse)
• Dressing changes
• Aseptic/sterile procedure setup
• Specimen handling (capillary, throat, urine clean catch, labeling)
• Phlebotomy
• Telephone triage
• Pharmacy calls / refill requests
Special Notes
• Must be comfortable with inpatient rehab patient population
• Strong neuro rehab and post-acute recovery experience required
• Floating between sister facilities is required as needed
