🩺 Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) – Hybrid | New York | Behavioral Health
📍 Location: New York (Tri-State Area)
💼 Position: Full-Time | 4 Openings
💰 Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually
🏠 Schedule: Hybrid – 1 day onsite / 4 days remote

We are seeking dedicated Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) to join a growing behavioral health / mental health team. This hybrid role is ideal for professionals experienced in clinical social work, case management, and patient care coordination.
💡 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and care planning
- Provide mental health counseling & case management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain clinical documentation (EMR/EHR systems)
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid/Medicare guidelines
✅ Requirements
- Active New York LMSW license
- 1+ year experience in clinical social work / behavioral health / mental health
- Medical Spanish (mandatory)
- Experience with Medicaid/Medicare patients preferred
- Must be based in the Tri-State area
