Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) is a qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates, and provides physical therapy services to patients/clients in the home as prescribed by the attending physician.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA‑approved (or equivalent) PT program
• Licensed PT in the state of practice
• 2+ years experience preferred
• 1 year of home health experience required
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Meets pre‑employment health requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services as ordered by physician
• Assist with patient evaluations and Plan of Care
• Document and report patient progress
• Educate patients, families, and staff
• Evaluate home environment as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Exciting Opportunity in the Riverside, CA area: Adult Home Health Physical Therapist – PT

We're currently seeking an Adult Home Health Physical Therapist.  We are working with a fabulous client in Riverside, CA who is interested in hiring a travel Adult Home Health Physical Therapist to join their team for a 3-month stay with an option to extend! Pay range is estimated to be between $65-$80 per hour.
 
Qualifications:

Position Details:

• Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 8 hr. days some weekends MAY be required
• Start Date:  May 4, 2026
• Setting:  Adult Home Health
