Position: Stroke Program RN / Stroke Coordinator (Non-Bedside)
- Contract Duration: 26 Weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (8 or 10-hour shifts)
- First-Time Travelers: Not accepted
- Floating: Required (Cherry Hill & Redmond
Role Overview:
- Non-bedside role (no direct patient care)
- Heavy focus on chart audits and abstraction
- Extract data from EPIC for stroke program tracking
- Work with AHA – Get With The Guidelines
- Ensure compliance with stroke protocols and workflow
- Utilize tools like Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
HealthStream Certifications (Required):
- Code BART for Inpatient Nurses
- Treatment Pathway for Inpatient Nurses
- Yale Swallow Protocol
- Individualizing Stroke Care Plans and Education
- SNAP Stroke Neuro Assessment (Providence)
