A supportive LTC/SNF facility in Columbus, Nebraska is seeking an experienced Travel RN for an ASAP start. This 8‑week day‑shift assignment is ideal for a nurse who is confident managing long‑term care residents, providing strong clinical oversight, and maintaining consistent, high‑quality care across weekend‑focused rotations.

- Minimum 1 year of recent LTC/SNF RN experience
- Active Nebraska RN license or Compact RN license
- BLS (AHA)
- Clean Nursys report required at time of submission
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend‑heavy schedules

- Day Shift
- Rotating schedule:
- Fri–Sat–Sun or
- Sat–Sun–Mon
- 8‑week contract with full‑time hours
- Provide direct resident care, assessments, medication administration, and care coordination

- Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to LTC/SNF residents
- Perform assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and regulatory compliance
- Support ADLs, safety measures, and resident comfort
- Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
