Acute Care Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience in a large acute care hospital setting
Must have recent experience within the past 12 months

Post-Acute Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience in either:
- Post-acute care facility, or
- Acute care hospital setting
Most recent experience must be within the last year

Education Requirements

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution

Certifications & Licensure

Active New York State RN License (Primary Source Verification required)
BLS (Basic Life Support) – American Heart Association (AHA)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – AHA (required for Queens location only)
