Job Responsibilities:

• Provided direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians in an outpatient/clinic setting
• Collected patient histories, performed vital signs, and assisted with physical examinations
• Administered medications (oral, IM, and subcutaneous) and monitored for side effects or adverse reactions
• Assisted with minor procedures, wound care, and dressing changes
• Coordinated patient flow, including rooming patients and preparing them for provider evaluation
• Performed basic lab procedures such as specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and documentation of results
• Maintained accurate and timely patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Educated patients on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care practices
• Ensured compliance with infection control standards and clinic safety protocols
• Communicated effectively with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
