⏰ Schedule

• Shift: Days (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Schedule: 4x9-hour shifts
• Call:
  • ~2–3 days/week
  • ~1 weekend/month
  • 30-minute callback requirement
  • Late stays expected

👩‍⚕️ Role Requirements

• Specialty: CVOR (Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic)
• Experience:
  • Required: Cardiac + vascular + thoracic OR experience
  • Preferred: Ability to scrub cardiac/vascular cases

✅ Required Certifications

• Active New Hampshire RN license (must be in hand at submission)

🧠 Core Skills Required

• Circulating (and preferably scrubbing) complex CVOR cases
• Strong understanding of open-heart and vascular procedures
• Ability to work in high-acuity surgical environment
• Fast response for call cases (30-min requirement)

• CABG (coronary artery bypass)
• Valve replacements
• TAVR
• EVAR / TEVAR
• Carotid endarterectomy
• LVAD / RVAD / ECMO
• VATS / thoracic procedures
• Angiograms with interventions

📊 Unit Snapshot

• Staffing:
  • Day: Charge RN + 3–4 RNs + scrub techs + support staff
  • Night: 3-person call team (2 RNs + 1 scrub)
• Ratio: 3 staff per OR
• Trauma Level: Level II (vascular & thoracic coverage)
