Description

Position: Physical Therapist
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8a–5p

M-F 8a-5p (weekends or on call as outlined in specific req). Mileage reimbursement per mile based on location rate. Positions will require candidates to drive to patient homes throughout counties specified

Contract: 13 weeks
Start Date: May 18, 2026
Hours: 40 hrs/week

Charting System: OASIS
Interview: In-person client interview required

This role involves performing PT evaluations and treatments based on physician orders, developing and reassessing treatment plans, communicating patient progress with the care team, and supervising PTAs and aides in accordance with state practice acts.

Certification Required:

License Requirements: PT AR License
Productivity Requirement: 30 POINTS
Mileage reimbursement: $0.43 CENTS/MILE
Counties covered: INDPENDENCE, SHARP, IZARD, WHITE, FULTON, JACKSON
Preferred Skills: OASIS EXPERIENCE

Previous home health experience required unless otherwise stated. Required skills vary by modality.
