- Unit: Pregnancy & Birth (Labor & Delivery)
- Care Model: Midwife-led, low-intervention with full medical support available

📅 Assignment Details
- Start Date: 05/26/2026
- End Date: 08/25/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks (91 days)
- Type: Travel RN

- Local Rule: No locals within 50 miles
⏰ Schedule
- Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Hours: 48 hrs/week (high workload expectation)
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend + holiday rotation
- Call: TBD (includes call-back expectation)
- Scheduling Rule: No block scheduling allowed
👩⚕️ Role Requirements
- Specialty: Labor & Delivery (L&D)
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years L&D experience (required)
- Mother/Baby & postpartum experience required
- Epic EMR experience required

- AWHONN certification (within last 3 years)
🧠 Core Skills Required
- Full-spectrum L&D nursing care (infant → adult lifespan exposure noted)
- Labor management & delivery support
- Postpartum and mother/baby care
- Patient education and family-centered care
- OB triage and progression monitoring
- High adaptability in mixed-acuity OB environment
📋 Required Certifications
- BLS (AHA)
- NRP
- New Hampshire temporary agency compliance/license (mandatory)
⚠️ Strict Compliance Requirements
- Must submit NH temporary healthcare agency license at application
- No scheduling accommodations allowed (no block scheduling)
- RTO must be submitted upfront (max ~5 days, strict enforcement)
- Must pass fast compliance processing (within 5 days of offer)
- Must have own vehicle
