Description
Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehabilitation
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Requirements: BLS certification and Wyoming Physical Therapy license (required)
Preferred: Outpatient or hospital-based experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
• Document all assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices and rehabilitation guidelines
• Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation staff as needed
