Description

Facility Name: St. Catherine Hospital Rehab (ARU)

• Cost Center: 288J

• Discipline: Physical Therapist

• Number of positions needed: 1.0

• Start date needed: 04/19/2026

• Duration of assignment: 13 weeks

• Reason for opening: Contractor Replacement

• Facility Setting? CARF accredited ARU within hospital; 20 beds, but we will fill 16 beds.

• Will position be required to float to other units? If necessary, the facilities may be: (St. Mary’s ARU, Hobart & CSRC IRF, Crown Point)

• Number of beds in your facility? 20

• Preferred experience level? New grad welcome

• Is there anyone in the past that has worked for you that you would consider rehiring? Not that we know.

• What is the work schedule for this position? 8-4:30. There will be a minimum of (1) Saturday/month required to work during assignment. Additional day off during the week will occur to maintain 40 hour work week.
