Start Date: 5/18 Start Dates are not flexible.

***Must have at least two years of cumulative ER experience in Level I or II trauma centers within the past two years. Experience limited to Level III, CAH, or lower is not acceptable***

100-mile radius rule

Epic EMR proficiency required and recently used.

No 48-hour guarantees.

No blocked scheduling requests.

No more than 5 days of RTO.

- Ratios: 1:5 medical, 1:6 for fast track.

- Trauma Level: Level 2 trauma (ER ran like a level 1), STEMI and Stroke receiving- will ship out if stroke intervention required.

- # of Beds/Trauma Bays: 52 with 4 trauma bays.

- On average, how many patients do you treat in the ER/day: 200/day

- Floating Requirements: Shared schedule with Foothills- typically scheduled ahead of time, infrequent last-minute floating.

-15-minute drive to Foothills freestanding ER.

- Shifts & Scheduling: Varied shift start times: 7,10,11,12,1,3. Modified self-scheduling.

- Weekend Requirements: 4 weekends shifts per 4 week block.

- Holiday Requirements: Typically 2 of the 5 (count the eves).
