• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 
• Weekend Hours: Every Other/As needed. 
• Call Requirements: As Needed.  
• Required Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP, PALS 
• Years of Experience: 2+ 
• Float Requirements: As Needed.  

• Additional Notes: Must be proficient and independent in labor management.  

Unit Information: 

• Number of Beds: 9 
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:3  
• Equipment: EFM, IV pump, NIBP 
• EHR: GE Centricity, Meditech 

• Supervisor: April Mauldin, Interim Director of Women's and Children's Services 

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Serves all ages.  

Hiring Profile: 

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Labor management, circulate cesarean section, OB triage. 
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Labor & Delivery management, OB Triage.  
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Labor, Pre-term labor, vaginal delivery, cesarean section, Pregnancy complications. 
• Personality Fit: Professional, Upbeat, Motivated, Self-Assured. 

• Required Education: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in Texas.

• Scrub Color: N/A-Hospital Provided.
