Urgent Opening – Labor & Delivery RN (LDRP) | Sidney, MT
 

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (LDRP RN) to join a dynamic obstetrics team in Sidney, Montana. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment supporting women and newborns through labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
 

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: May 4, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
• EMR: EPIC

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns
• Perform triage assessments and non-stress tests (NSTs)
• Assist as a second nurse during deliveries
• Manage patient overflow and support high-volume workflows
• Collaborate with physicians, pediatricians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor and support patients with pregnancy, delivery, or postpartum complications

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state license required)
• Minimum 2+ year of recent Labor & Delivery experience
• Must be labor-trained
• Required Certifications: BLS, NRP, STABLE, and Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or higher)
