• Weekend Hours:  as needed/rotating
• Call Requirements: If on call, would be required to report to work within 30 minutes of being called. There are no other call requirements, except for scheduled shifts.
• Years of Experience:  2 +
• Float Requirements: If the unit is on standby, RN’s float to other units or are on call.

• Number of Beds:  7
• Patient Ratios: 2:1 for higher acuity ICU level patients, medical surgical overflow 5:1
• Equipment:  IV pumps, SCD’s, telemetry, bedside monitoring, telemetry
• EHR: Med Host

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”:  adult/geriatrics  

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Active RN License
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: ART lines, central lines, ventilators, BIPAP, post cardiac Cath lab care, post-surgical care, moderate sedation, chest tube management, electrolyte management, telemetry,
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: COPD, CHF, respiratory failure, overdose, alcohol withdrawal, DKA, STEMI, AMI, stroke
• Personality Fit:  independent, self-motivated, focused, manages time well
