Travel ER RN – Level I Trauma | 3x12 Nights

Job Overview

  • Specialty: ER RN
  • Schedule: 3x12s (Night Shift)
  • Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Start Date: ASAP (5/18)
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
  • Setting: Level I Trauma / Emergency Department

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide care in a high-volume, high-acuity ED
  • Perform rapid assessments and interventions
  • Manage critical cases including:
    • Trauma
    • Cardiac and stroke patients
    • Complex medical emergencies
  • Administer medications, IVs, and emergency interventions
  • Continuously reassess and adjust patient care plans

  • Active IL RN license
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS required
  • Minimum 3+ years ER experience
  • Epic experience REQUIRED
  • Trauma experience (Level II+ preferred)

  • Strong adaptability and critical thinking

Schedule & Expectations

  • 3x12 night shifts (3 PM – 3 AM)
  • 2 call shifts per 6-week period
  • Weekend rotation required
  • Must be within 1 hour for call response
