Job Title: Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech)

Location: San Angelo, Texas
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (Day/Evening shifts available)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (negotiable)
New Graduates: Accepted

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiology procedures according to established exam protocols
• Ensure high-quality imaging and maintain productivity standards
• Monitor radiation dose levels and take appropriate action when required
• Communicate effectively with patients using AIDET principles
• Explain procedures and assess patient readiness and tolerance
• Position patients accurately and operate imaging equipment
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and radiation protection protocols
• Apply sterile techniques where required and maintain hand hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of equipment and work areas
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for equipment maintenance
• Report equipment issues promptly to appropriate departments
• Assist in managing departmental supplies and inventory

• Willingness to support training and onboarding of new staff

Requirements

• ARRT (R) Certification required
  (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• Texas state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
