Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse Days - Newburgh, IN

NO LOCAL CANIDATES (40 MILE RADIUS RULE)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start: 5/4 or 5/18 - Bi-weekly orientation
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Primary location: Gateway
Shift Requirement: 12hr Days 6:30-7 (Every Weekend)
Float Requirement: First to float within skillset. **** (IN) campus (8 miles apart) & potential to float to Deaconess Henderson (KY 11 miles). 2 HR notice given for cross campus float. Mid-shift float within same campus. Cross campus mid-shift float is unlikely but possible.
On Call/Call Back Requirement: N/A
Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every Weekend Every other holiday.
Required Certs to be attached upon submittal: Must have current active compact license. AHA BLS and NIHSS
Minimum Experience REQUIRED: Two years of strong Med/Surg, 1 travel assignment, trauma level II experience.
Charting Experience: Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class)
Patient Population: Chest pain, abdominal pain, flank plank, CVA/TIA, generalized weakness/awaiting placement/geri-psych placement.
