Is on-call REQ?: Yes -Call Requirements: 2 primary weekday calls (2230-0600) in the 6 week call cycle. 2 secondary weekday calls (2230-0600). 2 primary weekend calls (one day 12hour at a time, 0630-1900 or 1830-0600), Saturday or Sunday or both. 2 secondary weekend calls (one day/12hour at a time, 0630-1900 or 1830-0600) Saturday or Sunday or both.
Open to accommodating block schedule? Per manager discretion
Pending License accepted: No
RTO Restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission
Guaranteed Hours: facility is able to call off once per two week pay period
Certfications:Certs marked with * are preferred
