Physical Therapist (PT) – Full Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. The PT will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. This role involves working with a diverse patient population in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in discharge planning and recommend appropriate follow-up care or equipment

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arizona (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new graduates may be considered)
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient care skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or tribal health settings
• Familiarity with diverse patient populations and community-based care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

FYI: Have housing on-site but no pets ($800 shared and or hotel in Globe $1200)
