Cardiac Renal MS/Tele RN – Nights | Indiana | High Acuity Unit 💥
📍 Deaconess Midtown – IN
🗓 Start: ASAP (Bi-weekly orientation)
📄 13-week contract
⏰ Shift: Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
🕒 Guaranteed: 36 hrs (48 hrs available)
🚫 No local candidates (within 40 miles)
🏥 Unit Overview:
High-acuity Cardiac/Renal MS/Tele unit (41 beds) with strong leadership and experienced staff. Teaching hospital environment.
📊 Ratios:
• Days: 1:4–5
• Nights: 1:5–7
💓 Patient Population:
• Cardiac-heavy (Afib, RVR, heart blocks, post-cath, post-ablation)
• CHF, COPD, Sepsis, CIWA
• Dialysis patients, renal cases
🛠 Required Skills:
• Strong Telemetry & 12-lead EKG interpretation (tele test required)
• Cardiac drips (Amio, Cardizem, Heparin, etc.)
• Chest tubes, drains, PIV insertion
• Nephrostomy tubes, dialysis patients
📋 Requirements:
✔ 2+ years strong Cardiac/Tele experience
✔ Previous travel experience required
✔ Trauma Level II experience
✔ Active Compact RN License
✔ AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
✔ Recent EPIC charting
