Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing 🎓
- Active NY State NP License & DEA registration
- 3+ years of clinical experience (geriatrics preferred)
- Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid billing
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Working Hours:
Full-Time (Hybrid: On-site + Telehealth) ⏰
