Radiology Technologist – Contract
Location: Cambridge, MA
Contract Length: 13 weeks (high likelihood of extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist for a full‑time, 13‑week contract assignment in Cambridge, MA. This is a float position supporting multiple sites, with a dynamic schedule that includes varied shifts and weekends. The client offers guaranteed hours and a well‑structured schedule posted in advance.
Schedule Details:
- 40 hours/week guaranteed
- Varied days and shifts, including weekends
- Mix of 8‑, 10‑, and 12‑hour shifts based on coverage needs
- Weekly schedules are typically consistent and posted 4 weeks in advance
- Float to other sites as needed (no more than one site per day)
- No call required (optional call available)
Requirements:
- ARRT (R) certification
- Current Massachusetts Radiation Control License
- BLS (AHA) – must be current
- Experience with all diagnostic X‑ray imaging, including:
- Inpatient & outpatient
- Orthopedics
- OR / C‑arm
- Fluoroscopy
- Portable X‑ray
- Familiarity with OR procedures and adaptability to various X‑ray equipment vendors
- Must be willing to scan all age groups
- EPIC experience preferred
Health & Compliance:
- Flu vaccine required
- Religious or medical exemptions available
- COVID‑19 vaccine not required (declination accepted)
